Jake is a 6-year old, 85 pound, male German Shepherd and was last seen on Sept. 8th, on Concord Church Rd, Clemmons, North Carolina.
He strayed from Center Grove Church Road on Sept 2 nd . Tracking hounds followed the scent trail ending in a cleared residential lot ¼ mile west of the Concord Church Road/Styers Ferry Road intersection and has been picked up by someone. Jake is not familiar with his surroundings.
He has a chip associated with owner name and contact information. If he still has his collar, it is green nylon and brown leather with brass studs. His tags are bright silver and rectangular in shape.
He has had significant medical attention and will continue to need regular physical maintenance.
Characteristics: Black and brown short-haired; one upright ear and one floppy ear; sits crooked.
