Hello, found this dog in High Point on N Main Street at Church St near Truist stadium last night, July 4th. He had no collar and is not chipped. Not sure of his breed. He is probably about 15 pounds. Maybe part Chihuahua? He has the black and brown markings of a Rottweiler and the tail of a Appenzellar. And he has not been neutered.
