Found on Friday 11/14/25 at 7:10am on Groometown Rd near Bernie’s Berries and Jonquil Drive with a leash and collar on, walking on the road behind a slow moving vehicle that he kept following (red Honda Fit with passenger side mirror hanging off). My husband got in the car and followed the dog and saw it approach the red Honda jumping up on the window as if it was his possible owner. Once approached, the driver denied the dog being his. Back left paw seems to be somewhat injured. Very unique collar and had the leash attached. Unsure of age/breed.
