I found this sweet girl on 7/7 at Charlotte Hawkins Brown in Sedalia, NC. She appears to be under 1 yr old. She is nearly all black with a white chest, 4 white paws, and a white tip to her tail. She appears to be a mix of border collie and husky. At least, her tail looks like a husky's. She has no collar and my vet could not find a chip. Please contact: <cacon96@yahoo.com>
