Found this one Christmas day around day around 5:15 in the middle of the intersection of Groometown and Kivett at the flashing light and going down the road and back and forth. Finally caught her. Has collar no tag. Taking to my vet to see if she is microchipped. Light brown Shitzu don’t know age.
