FOUND DOG. Hi there! I live off of Vickrey Chapel Rd and this sweet pup has been wondering around the last few days. I finally was able to catch him. He is wearing a collar with no tags. Fur is matted around neck and he was extremely hungry/thirsty. Taking him by our vet to check for a chip today. If owner comes forward, please provide some type of proof (photos, identifying his collar, etc).
