Small elderly male dog, back & tan, wearing two collars (both well-worn) w/a broken/cut plastic leash of some kind, no tags, no chip, has not been neutered. Appears to have been lost in the woods for quite some time, Vet thinks he has a back injury, he is overnighting at the vet's office. Found off Turnpike Road near Wilson View 9/26/23.
